On a weekend trip to Lincoln, my college girlfriends and I visited the Sunken Gardens.  As I was goofing around and manning my camera, my friend Lisa Hofmann snapped a few pictures of me!  To be honest with you, it seemed very strange to see these, but I love & appreciate them!  It gave me a chance to see what my snazzy red hair and my sexy pointy shoes looked like!  Actually, the shoes were purchased at the Post & Nickel (I’m a saavy shopper, they were on clearance!)on our last trip to Lincoln, several years ago and I’ll tell you at the end of they day, they were cute but not practical.  My feet and legs killed me!

This weekend occurs once a year for us and as our families grow, the weekends get shorter and shorter.  Next year we’ll plan for a blow out of a good time!
