1880′s Train Ride~Hill City & Keystone, SDA recent trip to Chadron to pick up my sister-in-laws college stuff, warranted a quick trip north to Hill City, South Dakota for a ride on the 1880′s Train. Almost 2 years, ago when I was pregnant with Case, we stopped here on our way home from a family wedding in Rapid City. We happened to drive through and were able to watch the train leave Keystone. I already knew our boys were in love with trains and vowed that we’d be back to actually ride. The boys loved it and now we can’t wait to see how beautiful it is in the fall!
I’ve wanted to start adding in some camera info so here it is! Canon EOS 7D, 24-70 f2.8L lens. Train: f/9 ISO 200 1/80th sec at 66mm. Window: f/4.5 ISO 640 1/100 sec at 70mm. Oliver: f/2.8 ISO 200 1/80th sec at 45mm.
