I recently got the chance to photograph Clayton (everyone knows him as “Butch”) and Lura Goeke and their wonderful family, in celebration of their 50th Wedding Anniversary.  This couple is very near and dear to my family and hold a special place in my heart.  Sometimes I feel like one of their grandkids!  As part of my church family, they show us their wonderful faith and guide us with their love of music.  I always love Lura’s strong voice in church, when singing hyms and look forward to Butch’s invitation to go fishing or coyote hunting!

They have set a wonderful example for their ever expanding family and I wish for them many more years together!

I was so excited at how prepared everyone was, we got started early and finished with plenty of time for the kids to play in the yard and them to enjoy music together as a family!
